G'day and welcome to ROCKMANFITNESS.com
This site is going to be my main point of call when posting online about exercise science. What that means for you is you'll be finding out the best ways to: enjoy going to gym, train like a pro, exercise without a gym, create a rock-solid body and not feel like a freshly boiled potato the first time you walk into a new gym.
You can find out a little more about me on the home page if you haven't already read it, and the bulk of my content will be under the Blog page which is where you should head once you've finished this page. There's no timeline on how often I'll post content but I only want to post when I have some quality content for you so I'm aiming for a sustainable update every fortnight (haha).
At the bottom of the page you'll see an option to sign up for email updates, I'll never give out your email, it's purely so you can get my top-notch writing skills and clever wit delivered straight to your inbox.
